Below are some of the weapons the Starlights use. One is the Star Yell, this replaces the star which would be in their hand. The Star Yell showed up in 179, nobody knows how the Starlights ACTUALLY got it. The odds are, it was an upgrade such as when the inners got Peagus' power in Season 4 and got new transformation wands, attacks and uniforms. In 199, Galaxia actually stepped on Fighter's Star Yell breaking it and hurting Fighter's hands. The odds are, the next time Seiya transformed the Star Yell came back just the the soliders when their outfits get torn, they detransform then transform again and their outfits are back!
Another device is their headsets to shout out "Fighter Star Power! Make Up!" "Healer Star Power, Make Up!" "Maker Star Power, Make Up!" The Sailor Star Changer is also there, when in their first transformation sequence it's in the middle of their chests and changes them back to female. Inside of the changers are their Sailor Crystals.
In the magna, they also have the power to grow wings (couldn't find a picture).
