The Three Lights or Starlights consists of Taiki Kou, Seiya Kou and Yaten Kou. They travel to Earth disguising themselves as males to find their princess. They first appear in 173 as their alernate selves (the three lights) then the Starlights-Fighter, Maker and Healer. Seiya or Fighter is the leader of the three starlights and the lead singer in the three lights. You're at the main center of the Three Lights.

The Starlights appear in the Stars arc of the manga and anime. The three are from Kinmoku (according to the manga) and their mission is still the same in the manga find their princess and head home. Seiya is cocky, Yaten is cynical and Taiki is smart. However, they make a great team.

In the manga, the three lights have a smaller roll than the anime and they cross dress instead of disgusing themselves as males. They physically remain female, from what I've read it sounds as if Taiki and Yaten don't act towards Usagi like they do in the anime.

Seiya Kou-or the Japanese writing 星野 光

Is Sailor Star Fighter. Fighter is more serious than Seiya and takes her mission very seriously. She is also a little more serious than her civilian self. First appearence: 173. Last Appearence: 200.

Taiki Kou-大気 光,

Is Sailor Star Maker. Maker’s intellect compares to Mercury (Ami) and also takes her mission to heart to find their princess, she can be cold however. Not to different from her civilian form. First appearance: 173. Last Appearance: 200

Yaten Kou-夜天 光,

Is Sailor Star Healer. Healer is cynical and distances herself, she likes make up and doesn’t like to get hurt (more than others) and also takes her mission seriously. She and Maker think that they can work with Sailor Moon unlike Fighter after 188.

Kou means light in English. In the older verison of the manga which was printed in English, the three lights names were changed from Kou to light making them Seiya Light, Taiki Light and Yaten Light. All the Sailor Moon mangas are being released. Maker is considered the creator, Healer is consitered the preserver and Fighter is the destoryer.
